A follow up..

Dear Ralph,

Today, John and Pavlo completed the balance of the "punch list" I previously gave to John. Their attention to details, workmanship and pleasantness have been greatly appreciated. Both Karen and I are extremely pleased with all the work done in our home, and feel truly blessed to have connected with you and your company. John Fern, Pavlo and Chris were wonderful to work with. Throughout the process of our major renovation, John's work demonstrated that he's a masterful craftsman. He's very creative, accommodating, and strives to satisfy your customers. He addresses things on his own if something doesn't measure up to his standards. Kudos to John for succeeding in getting me to "trust the process". I'm not an easy person to please or initially trust in the workmanship of others, but John earned my trust and praise before the project was completed. We were also grateful to have had Pavlo work on our home. Pavlo always demonstrated a great dispostion and was very accommodating to address whatever Karen and I requested. 

We definitely benefited from the suggestions and add-ons that Chris provided to us. It was extremely helpful and beneficial to us when Chris discussed an overview of possible enhancements during the initial stages of the project. With his input we greatly enhanced the appearance and functionality of our home. Karen and I are very satisfied customers, and we proudly share with our friends and acquaintances RJE Home as the company responsible for making us so happy and proud of our home.
