Custom Design Process

Trust the Process!  We hear that a lot these days.  When you and your family are about to embark on an extensive home improvement project, it is important to remember that it is a process that can and will take time to plan, design, select materials and actually do the physical work.  How Long?  No one project is the same due to variables such as construction material availabilities, weather, special order parts and materials, scheduling between us and the customer and the list goes on.  Patience!

Our experienced staff will help lead you through the process, whether that is face to face at your home, our showroom or via Zoom!

A rough outline of the Process:

  • Customer Inquiry

  • First Meeting and Initial Sketch

  • Estimate

  • Signing the contract & Initial Deposit

  • Custom Design/ Concept for your Project

  • Corrections/ Revisions to the design

  • Final Rendering

  • Construction begins

  • Construction concludes

  • Final review of Project

360 Degree Rendering

In the gallery below are examples of a 3-D rendering which can be generated to help you realize your projects potential.

Computer Rendering Software

Once a contract has been executed between RJE Home Remodeling and the customer, the next step is begin selecting materials for your project which obviously varies depending on if your project is a bathroom, kitchen or a deck.  A computer rendering is generated for the customer to see what their choices will look like as a finished project.  And then, if changes to materials need to take place, they can be made and regenerated.  This is where the patience comes into play!  This process will take as long as it needs to in order to insure your project will be perfect!
